I’m Carolina, a Clinical Psychologist and EMDR Consultant with 33 years of experience helping people work through emotional difficulties, trauma, and life challenges. My approach is grounded in compassion and understanding. I believe that, with the right support and encouragement, we all have the power to heal and grow.
What makes me different is that I bring both professional expertise and genuine human warmth to my work. I aim to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, explore new ways of thinking and being, and move closer to the life you want to live.

Face-to-face sessions are available in Shirley, Croydon, and I also offer online therapy for those who prefer it.
